In the US, yes on every order with a poster, framed poster, framed canvas or mug. Orders with only stickers and/or postcards pay a flat $3.95. Other countries see their shipping price at checkout.

Prints are made in 2 to 5 business days. US delivery usually lands 5 to 10 business days after you order; Canada 7 to 14; Australia and other countries 10 to 20. We email tracking as soon as it ships.

Yes. When you order a print, add up to 5 copies of the same toon shipped to other US addresses: 20% off posters, 10% off framed canvas (11×14 and up) and mugs, free US shipping on each. The copy discount doesn't combine with other codes or offers.

Yes: postcard packs of 10 or 30 (3.5×4.9 inch, envelopes included) with your toon on the front and a blank back for your note. Great for holiday cards, party invites and thank-yous. Postcards currently ship to the US only.

We reprint it free or refund you. Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll take care of it.

Yes. We use AI image tools, guided by our own original style designs, to draw your artwork from your photos. Every preview is checked by you before anything is made, and we check names on prints before they go to production.

No. Every style is original artwork inspired by broad genres (theme-park caricatures, comic books, oil portraits, anime, watercolor). We never use real brands, shows, characters or logos.

They're used only to create your artwork. They're stored privately, never shared, never used to train AI models, and deleted automatically: 48 hours after you made the preview if you don't order, within 30 days if you do. You can ask us to delete everything sooner at any time.

48 hours. To protect your privacy, a preview that isn't ordered is permanently deleted 48 hours after you make it, together with the photos you uploaded. If you get our emails, we remind you before it's deleted. Toons you order are kept.
