Privacy policy

Previews that aren't ordered are permanently deleted 48 hours after they're created, together with the uploaded photos, the artwork and its thumbnails. Previews tied to an order are kept.

Last updated: October 5, 2026. This policy explains what Pixel Ecom LLC (“ToonTastic”, toontastic.shop) collects when you use the site and how we protect it, especially your photos.

Your photos

• Upload only photos you have the right to use, with permission from everyone in them (a parent or guardian for anyone under 18). You confirm this before creating a preview.
• Photos are used only to create your artwork. They are stored privately and are never public.
• Previews you don't order are permanently deleted 48 hours after you create them, together with the uploaded photos, the artwork, its watermarked versions and thumbnails. The preview page shows how much time is left, and if you're subscribed to our emails, we remind you before that happens.
• If you order, we keep the toon linked to your order (so you can see it, download it and reorder), and the uploaded photos are deleted automatically within 30 days.
• We never sell your photos or use them to train AI models, and we never use them in marketing without your written permission.
• Our image-generation provider processes photos only to create your artwork, under its API data terms.

Information we collect

• Your email address, so we can send your preview, order updates and a few reminders about an unfinished toon. Every reminder has a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Deals and new-style emails only if you tick the optional box. You can unsubscribe anytime.
• The names, nickname, details and occasion you type, to put into the artwork.
• Order and shipping details, processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and our print partner (Printify).
• Site analytics and, if enabled, advertising measurement pixels (for example Meta or Google) that help us understand which ads work.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your photos, previews and personal data at any time by emailing hello@toontastic.shop. We respond within 30 days, usually much sooner. Residents of the EU, UK and US states with privacy laws have the rights those laws give them, including access, correction and deletion.
