Returns & our guarantee

Love it before you pay

Every toon starts with a free preview and three free changes. You only order once you're happy with it.

Digital downloads

Digital downloads are final sale once delivered, because the file can't be returned. If your file won't open or doesn't match the preview you approved, contact us and we'll fix it.

Printed items: damaged, misprinted or wrong

If a print arrives damaged, misprinted or different from the preview you approved, we'll reprint it free or refund you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Contact us.

Change of mind

Because every piece is personalized and made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. You can cancel a print order for a full refund until it enters production (usually within a few hours of ordering).
