Terms of service

Last updated: October 1, 2026. toontastic.shop (“ToonTastic”) is operated by Pixel Ecom LLC. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Your photos

You confirm that you have the right to use every photo you upload and permission from every person shown in them (or from a parent or legal guardian for anyone under 18). You keep all rights to your photos. You give us a limited license to use them only to create and deliver your previews and orders.

The artwork

Our styles and designs are original works of ToonTastic. When you buy, you get a personal, non-commercial license to display, print for yourself and share your artwork (including as a gift). You may not resell it, use it to advertise a business, or sell our designs.

AI-assisted artwork

Artwork is created with AI-assisted tools from your photos and the details you type, and you review it before purchase. Cartoon styles exaggerate on purpose and small differences from your photos are normal; that’s why every preview includes three free changes before you order. Text is printed as you typed it, so please check spelling on your preview.

Brands, characters and trademarks

Every style is original. We do not reproduce real brands, logos, shows, studios or existing characters, and we may decline requests that ask for them. ToonTastic is not affiliated with any studio, show, toy or trading-card company.

Digital downloads

Digital downloads (bought on their own, or added to a print order) are delivered on your order page and by email shortly after payment. Printed items don’t include the digital file unless you add it. Because a file can’t be returned, digital downloads are final sale once delivered. If your file is damaged or doesn’t match the preview you approved, contact us and we’ll fix it.

Printed products, pricing and refunds

Prices are shown in your local currency where available (US dollars otherwise). Shipping is shown before you pay: in the US it is free on any order with a poster, framed canvas or mug, and $3.95 on orders with only stickers and/or postcards. Only one discount or code applies per order (the biggest), and it never combines with the gift-copy discount. On a few low-margin items a code may apply at a lower percent or not at all; the exact discount is always shown before you pay. Printed items are made to order. If a print arrives damaged, misprinted or different from the preview you approved, we reprint it free or refund you when you contact us within 30 days of delivery. See our returns page for details and the cancellation window.

Acceptable use

Don’t upload photos of people without their permission, or content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual, harassing or meant to humiliate someone. Toons are for affectionate fun. We may refuse or cancel any preview or order, with a full refund for anything already paid.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
