Questions
Do posters come framed?+
No. Posters ship unframed, ready for a standard frame (12×18, 18×24 or 24×36 inches in the US and Canada; A3, A2 or A1 elsewhere). Want it ready to hang? In the US, pick the framed poster (11×14 or 16×20 in a black or white frame), or the framed canvas everywhere we ship it: gallery canvas in a floating frame (black, white, walnut or natural), ready to hang out of the box.
Is the preview really free?+
Yes. Upload photos, pick a style and see the finished artwork before paying anything. No card needed. You only pay if you love it.
Who can be in it?+
Anyone: one person, a couple, a family or a friend group (the family pet can join a family photo). One photo can hold several people, or upload up to 4 photos and we combine everyone into one image. Each style lists how many people it fits.
What photos work best?+
Clear, well-lit photos where every face is easy to see and looking toward the camera. Phone photos are perfect. Avoid sunglasses, heavy shadows and tiny faces in the background.
Can I make changes?+
Yes. Every preview includes three free changes. Tell us what to fix (spelling, glasses, hair, outfit, pose, anything) and we create a new version. You pick the one you love.
